Spacious rooms with a common bathroom 😊.

Wonderful old building they have blended new with old well. Staff were helpful and friendly, our room was amazing large with painted ceiling, lounges, bar and all common areas well presented and comfortable. Very close to station, canal and city sights within 10 minute walk

some of the rooms small so if you were staying more than 2 nights as we did could be a problem

It was an excellent base for sightseeing in Ravenna. We had much fun and met attentive and caring staff. - the location was absolutely perfect, close to central Ravenna and the seaside in Marina di Ravenna. - We explored a 6th-century basilica church at a medium distance from the hotel.

The staff were very helpfull and it was central to the town and useful for getting to the station. we miss placed an article of clothing which the receptionist could not do enough to help. We have since received an email to say it has been found and will be posted.

The weather was very hot outside. However the airconditioning/chiller unit in the room was not capable of lowering the temperture enough for a comfortable nights sleep. In fact we heard several customers complain. The hotel was very difficult to find and was not helped by the roadworks nearby and the oneway road system. If you use a SatNav/GPS do not rely on it to direct you to the hotel.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and for a trip to Ravenna I would think it would be the only choice because it fits in so nicely with visiting the mideval churches and sites. It is an old orphanage although it feels more like a palace. The room we had was huge with 2 couches, a beautiful terazzo floor and a vaulted ceiling with frescos. The bathroom was also huge, modern and had a double shower. The internet access was fast and free. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee wonderfull. The lobby and sitting areas very pleasant. There is a wonderful, subtle olifactory sense to the hotel with fresh flowers in the sitting room and bottles of scented oil with sticks in the room and public areas.

This place offers luxurious accommodations with spacious bathrooms and is situated in a fantastic, beautiful location.

Very good location opposite Santa Appolonia church, with its wonderful mosaics. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and the hotel's lounges were lovely, a very good mix of antique and modern . The chapel inside the hotel was charming. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and I will certainly stay here again next time I am in Ravenna.

My room overlooked a courtyard which is used as a small car park by the hotel so I didn't have the prettiest view - but it was very quiet.

Great facilities, comfy bed, very clean and tidy, excellent location and tasty (if limited in selection) breakfast buffet.

Free parking on site provided. Location just off seaside, mozaiks, fly market, concerts in the church, theatr festival and the old Ravenna...

The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The double room was bright.- The beds were exceptionally comfortable.- The hotel is located in a great and beautiful location by a canal with private water taxi service.- The employees were really kind and nice, and they extended the checkout time and washed baby bottles on request.- It is easy to get to, close to many restaurants and shops.- Situated only 1 km from lucid mosaics, the hotel is a great choice for exploring Ravenna in the future.

Rooms were well air-conditioned and a nice size, everything was fine. I was greeted by a competent and genuinely professional receptionist who made the stay a splendid experience. Location: the hotel was just next door to all churches & sites. Specialty food market Antica Zecca was 500 metres away from the place.

I’m happy to recommend this hotel. Good location near everything. We got a superb room with frescos on the ceiling. The reception rooms we’re large and comfortable. The staff excellent and friendly.
